Processing Time All OXXY products are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.

Shipping Time Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

Lost or Delayed Packages OXXY is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost, please contact us through our Contact page and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
